Okay I have to say I wasn't finding much use for this product - didn't really see it being for me. But then I read some people use it in place of hairspray. Sometimes I set my hair on rollers after blow-drying and I either spray the hair before rolling or just roll then spray. Well I recently decided to use the RTM in lieu of hairspray and WOW what a result. Lots more volume and no crunch/dryness from the hairspray. I still use hairspray as a finishing spray. Loving WEN this time around!

The Replenishing Treatment Mist or the Volumizing mist? I use the volumizing spray instead of hairspray, but this is the first I've read of the Replenishing Treatment Mist uses a a hairspray. Interesting! The other day I grabbed an RTM instead of the volumizer and sprayed my bangs, but it didn't hold them at all. It definitely doesn't work as a finishing spray.

I use the RTM on my face and body more often than on my hair. I only use hot rollers about once ever 2 years, but I'll put a note card on my roller box to try this when I use them.

LOVE the treatment mist! I have curly locks that I cleanse every other day. I use RTM on my off days to wake up and reshape my curls. It is the one WEN styling product that I use regularly.

I also have started using this more often recently. I may also try using it on my body sometimes. I would imagine that I would be happy with the results.

Love RTM, I use so much of it. So glad they finally brought in the supersize again and now duos. This Wengirl is very happy.

It wasn't until I asked about the RTM that I learned its many uses. I found that it works great as part of my leave in process. I spray the RTM on my soaking wet hair, concentrating on the top of my head and the ends. Then, I use the oil/SC/CC combo in the ponytail part of my hair. The combination is great!

I'm happy that I am using the RTM and getting through my huge collection of it too.

I hate the volumizing spray as hairspray. I actually am not having any luck with volumizing spray at all. It's really drying and gives me mondo frizzies. I'm going to experiment with spraying it in the halo portion of my head and not anywhere else to see what that does.

I love the RTM for refreshing my curls!!! The 6oz bottles are a must have for me.

I think the Replenishing Treatment Mist (RTM) works to refresh your hair and get it ready to style. Like the OP stated, she used it before she put her hair in rollers. That's a terrific use.

But I don't think either it's a "holding" product. For hold you have to use the Volumizing Treatment Spray (VTS). You can also spray it on before you roll your hair. And you can spray it on after you are finished styling.

I currently have a perm and I use the RTM to f l u f f up my hair in the morning. I spray, scrunch and go! The perm is what keeps it in place though

If we misunderstood and you are really having success spraying it on your finished style to hold it in place please post again and let us know. But using it like that would make my straight, fine, limp hair go even flatter. (When it doesn't have a perm.)

I don't get any hold from the RTM either! In fact, if I spray it on dry hair it gets limp and greasy looking. But I do use it mixed with styling creme on wet hair, then blow dry.

The Volumizing Treatment Mist is what I use in place of hairspray...it gives my style all the hold I need.

I'm with the curly girls for the best re-shaper I've ever used. The VTS is what I use on my wet hair to hold my curls longer. The RTM doesn't hold for me either but I have long thick hair that would be too heavy to hold with this anyway. Glad you are getting results like that though.
