I contacted the studio the other day because I never received mine and forgot about it. They were sending it out but then the Q letter came and lines got crossed. As usual, Chaz's CS said they would ship one from the salon.

I called Chaz's CS after I received my order & there was no comb. They mailed me one right away. I now have 3 combs. I knew where 1 comb was but not the other 2. I finally found my 2 lost combs yesterday. I think it helps combing the CC through my hair before I rinse & it seems to rinse easier.

I received my missing WEN comb today! :-) hopefully you ladies will start to see yours arrive. I never called anyone about it at all.
