Even back then, I was plugged-in.  Were you?

Hi @Leeny,

I sure do miss the Olgilvie shampoo. They made one for oily hair that my Mom used to buy for my sister and me. It smelled so nice and it made my hair so soft and clean and shiny. I loved that shampoo!

My Mom had one of those plastic portable hooded hair dryers when I was little.

Youch, that thing would get hot after sitting under it for awhile.

I had a sensitive scalp with soft, baby fine hair, so it always felt like my scalp was getting too hot while I was sitting underneath it.

Yes, we used a capful of Tame mixed with warm water too.  There was a shampoo called Protein 21 that I used for many years and something called Summer Blonde I tried a few times to lighten my brown hair.  Now all I do is color gray.😞

I used Protein 21 too! Wasn't that the one that was supposed to seal and repair any split ends??? Always looking for something to fix the split ends on all that long 60"s and 70's hair! Woman LOL

Re: Remember Tame Creme Rinse?

I always liked to try a different brand of shampoo every time a bottle was finished.  My favorites were Breck and I loved Flex.

I do remember Tame creme rinse.  I am sure that I used it too.  Even back then, I liked my shampoo and creme rinse to be the same brand.  LOL.  So, when I was using Breck Shampoo, I was using Breck Creme Rinse afterwards.

I loved the Lemon Up! brand too.  I still like anything lemony smelling.
