Regular primer vs. brightening primer

I opened the primer from the upcoming tsv and was shocked to find that it's clear. I've been using the smaller bottles from the past tsv that are labeled brightening primer, and they are skin colored. The regular primer looks like what we called "Monesta" for awhile- i used it but it made me break out. This was a disappointment- I didn't realize the regular primer didn't have any pigment in it. Like the lg size foundation and the radiance tho. I don't think the radiance is a magical product, in fact I can hardly tell I've applied it. I'll give it a few days...
