Regine nail file--shine?

Does anyone know if the Regine files on HSN shine the nail like the Spa-Rific ones?

I own both from Q and Hsn....only the Spa Rific shine the nail.  But personally I love the Regina one much better.  I bought 2 sets last yr and love them.

Thanks! Maybe I'll try the Regine since the Spa-Rific is sold out. I guess I can just buy a separate shiner somewhere.
