Redness and Dark Spots

I am a 60 year old with redness and dark spots on my face and chest. I also am noticing deep wrinkles on my neck. Is there any products on the market that can help with this? I do use Philosophy cleanser, exfoliant and hope in a jar. I have never tried a peel or a serum. Does anyone think they work?
