Recurring Blemish

I have a recurring blemish on my chin that is making me nuts. It never becomes a full to a head pimple but gets hard, red, and inflamed. It comes in the exact same spot, monthly pretty much and has done this forever. I am so sick of it! I have tried every acne treatment over the counter, and in general take care with my skin. Isn't there an injection of some sort you can get in a blemish to "kill" it so to speak?

I don't remember exactly where or why I got this idea in my head but if anyone knows about such a thing I would like to research it.
