Thank you!  Yes, I have a problem with finding the right shades in makeup as well.

Re: Recommendations needed for a liquid or cream foundation that.....

Hi @AngelPuppy1
I gave my #213 Revlon illuminance foundation to a friend at work to try out. It's a little too warm for me. She never wears makeup, like EVER, so I guess she's seeing changes in her skin or something. She wore it to work Friday. It gave her skin a nice bit of glow and she did like it. For me it's not quite as transfer resistant as I like but lots of ladies do love it. True looking at YT'er Pretty over 50.
She was recommended this foundation by viewers and she loves it. I'm willing to revisit it and try to find a match again.
The L'Oreal Infallible Pro Glow is supposed to be a Nars dupe. I like everything about it and it doesn't stain my necklines. Happy hunting 😊

I can't help you with foundation since I like a glowy finish.  However, I use IT No More Pores that I pat in with a dense flat brush under my eyes, along the side of the nose, and in the T of my forehead.  I also use an all-over fluff of Hourglass Ambient Light.  All that to say if you use the right powders, they aren't aging or look dry.  I've posted many pics of my makeup on the Outfit of the Day thread.

I'm very fond of this Neutrogena product. It's more like a treatment rather than a heavy foundation. It leaves a dewy finish on my soon to be 69 year old skin.  Now, I don't know if you would consider that "shiny" but for me it works and I do have oily skin. my skin actually looks better with it than without. And it has SPF 30 and Retinol. Not expensive at all. Maybe $14 in Target.

@Midmod which Nars foundation is it supposed to be a dupe for?  I wear their Sheer Glow foundation, but I don't like their newer radiant finish foundation.  Can't remember the name of it but @monicakm uses it.

@Icegoddess
I can't remember. I'll have to search that info. Nars soft something maybe? I'm not familiar with Nars.
I've been dying to try that Hourglass finishing powder but I haven't pulled the trigger yet. If you find a great deal on it, please post ❤️

I'll try to search that info for you.

@Linda0215
I also gave my friend Neutrogena tinted moisturizer to try in #20 and she loves it as well. It's just the sheer coverage she wanted and it does look nice on her. I told her to keep it. I like a medium to full coverage. She has never talked makeup with me so I'm like, thrilled lol.
I've been wanting to forever talk beauty with her but didn't know how to approach it. So now I'm like her big sister talking what makeup she might try lol.

The Neutrogena you use is a different tube than I had. I had 2; mine are tinted moisturizer, not skin perfector. Is yours mostly skin care with spf and with only a tint added? It's sheer coverage? I'm asking because my friend likes sheer coverage and your's contains retinol. Her one complaint to me is emerging visible lines and wrinkles. She may like the product you have. Thanks
