Recommendations for sulfate free moisturizing shampoo

I’ve tried many brands to include Wen, Redken, Pureolgy, but none of them make my hair feel soft and hydrated. I look forward to your suggestions ladies! 😀

@Glorimar I know you said you've tried Pureology; did you try the Pureology Hydrate formulation?  They have a sheer hydrate and a hydrate.  I have to use sulfate-/salt-free shampoo, because I get keratin treatments.  I have dry, frizzy, wiry hair without the keratin treatments!  Anyway, the Pureology hydrate has worked the best for me.  I have tried a few salon and drugstore shampoos, as I would sure like to get out from under the high cost of the Pureology, but I haven't liked any of them, and I do like the Pureology--just not the cost.  I will be interested to read what others recommend.

ETA:  I do use the matching Pureology Hydrate conditioner, so maybe that, too, gives me a good end result.

FYI If you are avoiding silicones in your conditioner (which can dry out your hair over time) Purelogy Hydrate Conditioner has silicones but the Sheer Hydrate does not.

I use JVN but it is far from the best sulfate free shampoo.  The hydrating shampoo leaves my hair a tangled mess and the volume shampoo leaves it dry.  I use the strengthening shampoo which leaves me with some tangles but I get a soft, frizz free result.

I have been using Lalavie restorative shampoo. I usually do not gravitate towards products backed by "celebrity" but they offered a kit that was well priced. I never used a shampoo that made a real difference in my hair, but this did. This gives my thinning hair body like I rarely get with other shampoos. My hair is soft and just plain looks healthy.

NEXXUS Therappe shampoo and Humectress conditioner are a great duo.  You don't need to use them together, but both products are very moisturizing and not greasy.

At one time, they were only sold through hair salons, but now are available at many places. I used them in my hair salon before they went " public."

You can even apply a small amount of Humectress to your dry  hair between shampooing in addition to applying it to wet hair and rinsing it out.

NEXXUS Therappe shampoo is not sulfate free.

So why not just go back to using what works for you?

I use Wen and another cleansing conditioner - Pantene (pro-v).  I have color treated (blonde) hair.  Either of these do a nice job on my hair.
