Recommendations for most effective deodorant due to hormonal changes

I just turned 50 and have begun to see hormonal changes due to being peri menopausal and have begun to have some hot flashes. I've noticed changes in my skin to include feeling like I can't find an effective deoderant. For those of you that went through something similar, what are your recommendations. In looking at the deoderant isle yesterday at Walmart, I've tried them all. Thank you in advance.

Mitchum Sensitive solid (unscented) worked for me during hot flashes. It's still my favorite but is very strong and can make my underarms itch if I use too much or too many days in a row. It's become pricy and difficult to find in stores so I'm looking for another too.

I use an unscented Secret with 18% aluminum for every day now.

Secret Aluminum-Free is terrific. Totally effective at fighting odor and free of aluminum, talc, and dyes.

Not a deodorant but an antiperspirant...Certain Dri. Works like nothing else. Absolutely keeps me dry and b/c there's no sweat, there's no odor either. Odor comes from sweat mixed with bacteria.

Try a product made for men.  I use Speed Stick deodorant stick.  It is aluminum free.  Works better than the womens products I had been using.

Another good one is Arm & Hammer Essentials stick.

@Glorimar I went through a couple of years when I smelled. No deodorant worked. I don't remember which one finally helped some, but like you, I tried all of them until one helped.

After about 2 years things settled down & I don't smell bad any more!

I am sorry & good luck.

I see ads on FB all the time for a product called Lume' and it gets tons of good reviews.  I've never tried it but I think it sounds like it would be worth checking out.  The ads are hilarious.
