Recommendation for Tarte Amazon. Clay Foundation Color

I have read a lot of the reviews for the Tarte Amazon. Clay Foundation but I am totally confused as to what color to get. I am a light medium with red undertones. So light or light medium works for me but after reading the reviews I am torn between the medium and the light. Also after reading the reviews I am thinking it may be too yellow for me but there are over 670+ reviews and now I am totally confused. Please share your thoughts ladies because I am thinking I really want to try this makeup. I do need medium to full coverage to cover the redness and broken capillaries.
