I'm so sorry that this happened to you! I never got an email, but to be safe, went immediately to the HSN online website & changed my next reorder to yesterday. BTW I, had No issue changing the date, HSN immediately placed my order, & told me that I should receive next week. I then checked my updated autoship schedule & it changed to 45 days from yesterday's date, then every 45 days (I'll change that) forward until 8/17/2025!!! Below is a copy/paste of my scheduled autoship for this product.

@wenfen When did you first sign up for autoship? I had been getting it for a few years but I know there was at least once more recent TS autoship deal. Maybe it was just the older one that was canceled

@willdob3 - that's an interesting thought because I wondered since I'd been on the AS for two years this April, if that wasn't one of the reason I got cancelled so quickly.

@wenfen I wish I could recall when the last TS was. It was almost identical to what I have so I called CS to see when mine was supppsed to end. There was no end date. I'd have ordered the new one if there had been.

@willdob3 @JudyL @wenfen The last TSV was around 6/10/23 that was my shipping date and I ordered the TSV. I had pushed my shipments way out but after reading this thread I changed my shipping date to this week, I will let you know what happens.

After reading this thread, I immediately went to my AD on the Skinn Non Negotiables cleanser duos and placed my order. I never did receive a notice like others. Like you, my order went right through and is processing now. Didn't need it at the moment but didn't want to find out later that I could no longer get it so I bit the bullet and changed the order date to today. I appreciate that pump and bottles versus the tubes!

@JudyL & all those looking for cleansers, there is a Nakery cleanser (8.95 oz) on sale for $12.95. Great price to try something new, I have not tried it but it has good reviews.
