If you like mascara type product with a wand and a little brush tip, I used NYX Thick It Stick It for awhile and it seemed fine.  When I transitioned my makeup to RMS I quit the TIST and just use the Back2Brow powder and the designated RMS brow brush.

I like Benefit's eyebrow products.  They have good staying power in these muggy, hot days of late summer weather.

 

I also like TruHair color and conceal.  You can both from HSN

Laura geller makes (on QVC and her own web site )    Inkcredible. Waterproof brow pencil - it stays on all day and completely covers sparce areas. It comes in many shades .
