So the Maybelline lipstick color honey pink has a STRONG coral cast to it. I cannot do that color. It looks nothing like the color on the bottom of the tube or pictures online. Supposedly that the color for 2024 but I cannot wear it. So anyone looking for a hint of coral this year, you may want to try that.

The Dollar Tree here is run by squirrels!!  I swear it is true!!  It is always, and I mean always, a wreck.  It's a good day if I can find my husband's favorite candy.

@DrakesMomma Ours is as well. As soon as I open the main door to enter

it looks like they haven't vacuumed the place in 10 years. Then inside it looks

like a tornado hit, all the junk is out of order.

I did go in there recently for a Valentine's balloon. They had at least a hundred

or more of them blown up and sticking near the ceiling. That balloon was so

inflated, it stayed up for nealy two weeks.

Re: Real techniques sponges at the Dollar Tree today

@Midmod  I love 80's music, the big hari, the fashion and life must've been so different without the internet and cell phones- I feel like freindships and relationships were stronger and people called people on the phone.  So many people own cell phones, but use their hands to text words that they should say with their voices over a phone call.  I think dating was probably easier back then- there weren't any dating apps other than VHS match making services.  Pre- reality TV and pre- social media must've been a great time!

I've seen clips of 80's MTV on youtube and that surpasses any music videos that are made today.  Also, I love how in the 70's and 80's practical effects, costumes and special effects makeup were used for sci fi movies instead of today's overload of computer animation and CGI.  The makeup of the 80's was incredible Smiley Very HappyHeart - I love the bold colors, bronszer, tons of blush, bold eyeshadow, bushy brows, and bold lip looks.  And of course, I love 80's aerobics VHS tapes- did you do aerobics during that time? Its such a great and fun form of exercise- I have probably over 100 80's aerobics VHS exercise tapes. Smiley Very Happy  Ooh who was your favorite actor in the 80's? Favorite band? Favorite movie? Smiley Happy

@Midmod Oooh step aerobics! I have Jane Fonda's step aerobics VHS tape.  Tom Selleck is such a hottie- I loved him in Magnum PI with his dolphin shorts, chest hair,  hawaiian shirts and mustache- such a hunk Smiley Very HappyHeart! RATT is such a great hair metal band- I especially love "Lay it Down" and "Round and Round" - killer guitar riffs, great hair, and sexy band members.  I also like Motley Crue, Poison, White Snake, Def Leppard and the list goes on.

The 70's music was so great too! Lobo, Bread, Cat Stevens, Dr Hook, Tom Jones, Cher, Abba, The Beegees, Anita Ward, Kenny Rogers, Neil Diamond and more.  Smiley Very Happy.

Sixteen Candles was so great- especially the hunk in plaid flannel shirts.  Some of my favorite 80's movies are 9 1/2 Weeks, Sixteen Candles, Flashdance, Footloose,  Dirty Dancing, Rocky and Risky Business to name a few! Smiley Happy  Flashdance is my all time favorite- I've probably watched it atleast 20 times and Michael Nouri was so hot in that. Smiley Wink
