@Midmod I went to San Diego last year and before that I hadn't been on a vaction since I was a little girl. I figure, if I want to see somewhere else in the world, I can just watch youtube clips or google photos. I tend to be a homebody or I take myself on fun adventures within my city. Its great to look at modes of transportation that people used to have- I like the retro look of campers and oldschool looking planes. I bought some 1950's post cards of old motels and trailer vacation resports and I liked looking at all of the colors of the buildings and vehicles.

The Dollar Tree here is run by squirrels!! I swear it is true!! It is always, and I mean always, a wreck. It's a good day if I can find my husband's favorite candy.

@Midmod Believe me, I fought the good fight in trying to eat all of the Lindor Truffles TSV - I still remember the flavors: white chocolate mango, white chocolate strawberry and white chocolate orange. Luckily I still like Lindor truffles even after all of that- I just buy the small bag of truffles at Walgreens now.
Oh tell me about it ! I am 4' 11" and I exercise regularly- but its a lot harder to maintain a petite and sporty frame in my mid 30's than it ever was in my 20's. I have to do heavy weightlifitng and high intensity aerobics 5 days a week for atleast an hour a day and eat a lot of greens and fruit, oatmeal, and lean protein meats and less bread . In my 20's I could eat a large mall lemonade, Auntie Anne's pretzel, cream puffs, Charlie's cheesesteak and fries, some fruit and a full dinner in a day and not gain a pound or even get bloated . I've come to realize that I'll never be super skinny, but I'm happy with slender, strong and some curves! Also, some cellulite is here to stay on the backs of my legs and on my butt no matter how toned I am and that's ok . Why don't actresses talk about this?! They act like everything is hunky dory and that they never have to diet or monitor their metabolisms.

Because as long as they have the $_ & there is Drs with sharp knives they don't have to monitor anything lol. They have access to care we can only dream of.
Hey at least your heart and vascular is strong! Our identities aren't in our looks anyway right 👍

@Midmod You're so right- celebrities have personal trainers, personal chefs, plastic surgeons, personal assistants, etc so they're walking on easy street. I'm doing really well with what I have access to- some VHS exercise tapes and free weights, and I make all of my meals unlike a lot of these celebrities! Excellent point- our identities aren't completely in our looks . I googled photos of St. Augustine, Florida- it looks amazing! I like the architecture a lot and the maritime museum looks like fun!

I've posted before I find some great makeup finds at Dollar Tree. Well what I typically wear...blush, lipsticks, liners. And yes, sometimes brand names. Can't beat it.

@Midmod I definitely was born in the wrong decade! While most girls are watching Liam Hemsworth or other modern heartthrobs in movies, I'm watching hunky Oliver Reed movies from the 70's . Just today I looked at my Solid Gold Aerobics VHS tape I'm going to do tomorrow and thought, "Is anyone else doing this aerobics tape tomorrow?" . Oooh the nightly ghost walk around town sounds fun! I'm afraid of the dark, but I'd go outside for that- as long as I had a flashlight .
