Rant On Ulta

I ordered three items last Tuesday with my 20% code from Ulta. I ordered Perfect Hair Day 5-in-1 Treatment by Living Proof, BM Bring On The Night set, and Color Wow root cover up. I get a nice size box on Saturday and opened it up. To my surprise the only thing in it was my samples and a Living Proof sample with a purchase of their product. That's it! I got a notice on the packing sheet that they were out of stock of the Color Wow. Why did the website allow me to order it instead of saying it was out of stock? Also the rest of my order was being shipped seperately and I should get it by 10/30. I'm not very happy with Ulta's service.
