I just received my most recent RR package and it has a note that we can now customize our kits and change shipping online.

I am having trouble logging in with my customer number, so I sent an email to them, haven't heard back yet.

The site is philosophydirect.com click on myphilosophy.

In the FAQ's section, it does say this site is for RR customers, so we'll wait and see what the problem is.
