I called a few weeks ago finally and had three dried up liners. They told me the replacements would be ready to send out at the end of the month. Today they came and I only received 2 out of 3. I had even offered to send in my old ones and they said no. Luckily one of the ones I liked, the brown from the Nov tsv was in there, but the blue is missing. This is not great customer service in my opinion. 2 out of 3 is 66% which is a D in my book. It is not like I was asking for something free, just a replacement of a defective product. I don't even think they did enough testing on these to have them be defective in the first place.
