I am using Gucci Westman's Atelier line. I'm interested to see how this one compares. Wasn't too thrilled with some of Gucci's products; they were hit or miss for me.

@curlygirl13   Gucci's products are quite expensive for what you get. I like her ideas of using the 2 foundation sticks, light and a shade darker to apply your base, but the same can be achieved with any 2 shades of foundations...stick, cream, liquid (a little more difficult) or any other you want to use.

@Shanus I agree. Her products are expensive. So far my favorite product of hers is her stick luminizer. It gives a nice glow. And I have to add she has really nice product packaging. Not cheap cardboard or plasitc containers. These are very hearty, sculpted casings. Very nicely done!

I tried the RMS products and love them.  During the past year, however, like many of us, really have not worn much makeup to go the the store or walk the dog.  This show got me ready to start using the products again.  Initially,  I was concerned because my skin had been a bit more on the oilier side but no problem wearing the makeup.  I ordered a blush with the brush from this show.  I apppreciated seeing the makeup being applied and listening to Rose Marie talk about the makeup.  I think it is easier to see how the makeup is applied rather that reading instructions.  Anyway, going to wear mine today.

One thing I will say, when I first opened the foundation, it looked so dark and orange in the jar.  But on application, the color was perfect.  For those who purchased, enjoy.

@naturalfan   Some of the foundation shades have a peachy toned corrector in them...mostly those shades that lean towards an olive skin tone which can also occur in lighter shades. I think the shades numbered with ".5"  have that correcting factor and may look weird when you open the jar.

I have never heard of her, but appreciated her calm demeanor and the fact that she was age appropriate speaking of maturing skin.

What an informative post, @Shanus ! Thanks for taking the time to write it. I find a lot of the "clean beauty" advertising gimmicky, and many of the vendors hucksterish and off-putting. I didn't feel that way about RMS, and her shy manner (I'm stealing your description) was refreshing and welcome. I ordered (on waitlist) her brow item in light, because I was a natural redhead and my coloring demands subtlety for the brows. I was still doubting my purchase until I read your post. Looking forward to trying it!

I like the It brow powder, but it is made in China. I tried the RMS brow powder from Sephora ,but medium was too dark for me.

I will get the Qvc brow kit with the brush in light. The cream highlighter is good.

I enjoyed listening to the owner, hope she gets more shows.

@vsm   Yes, it was definitely one of my longer, "run on", stream of consciousness posts. LOL. If you ever doubt cosmetic or skincare purchases or just have a question....@Shanus....I try to check in every day or every other day.

@vsm @Bibione  Did you catch her hint of moisturizing under the brows? It's sometimes a missed area during skincare.
