Re: REVIEWS ON LASH PARADISE MASCARA--L'OREAL

Another Telescopic/Lash Paradise update (if anyone is interested).  I've been using the LP first and then the Telescopic on top.  A couple of days ago I used the lengthening Telescopic first, followed by Lash Paradise.  Even MORE of an improvement!  Funny how just the order in which you apply the mascaras makes a difference.  Love love love!

I've noticed that my LP is getting a little gloppy.  That's too bad.  I think I'll call the company about it.  I'm just wiping it off on the rim of the tube but this shouldn't be happening with a mascara that's a couple of weeks old.  Not gonna stop using it tho!  I love it that much Smiley Happy

Does the tube of Lash Paradise Mascara have to be shook before using? Also is Telescopic made by L'Oreal or by another company? Does Telescopic come in a black/brown shade?

No, you don't shake the tube of either mascara.  I've never heard of that.  The NAME of the Telescopic mascara is Loreal Carbon Black Telescopic.  I'm pretty sure they make a brownish black but I've never looked for it so I can't be positive.

Re: REVIEWS ON LASH PARADISE MASCARA--L'OREAL

I just bought a tube and tried it out for church yesterday.  I have long thick lashes thanks to Rapidlash, and this mascara was terrific.  It made my lashes really visible even under my glasses.I took a long nap after church, and when I looked in the mirror that evening, my mascara was still in place and had not smudged.  It came off easily with the Garnier eye makeup remover. I have some Revlon mascara that came as a set, and it has honestly worked just as well, so I will probably go back and forth.  That's my review of it, but I am not sure what it would be if I wasn't using RL. That makes a huge difference.

chihuahuamom, how long have you been using the RL and how long did it take for you to start seeing some growth?  I started it on June 17th and about a week ago I started to see some growth.  But, I've had to cut down the amt I was using and now only use one brush full of product for both eyes.  I was having a reaction using the normal amt.

Re: REVIEWS ON LASH PARADISE MASCARA--L'OREAL

Monicakm,  I think it took about two months for me to see results.  Now and then I get a slight reaction when I apply it, but nothing bad-just a feeling of dryness. It has really worked well for me so far.  I actually started it last year, but then stopped because I ran out and just didn't get around to buying it again.  However, a few months ago I found a good deal at Costco-two for the price of $49, so I bought and started using it again. I read a lot about Revitalash being good, but it is above my budget.

Re: REVIEWS ON LASH PARADISE MASCARA--L'OREAL

I finally opened the Lash Paradise mascara in the black/brown shade (non waterproof version). First thing I noticed was there is no company code anywhere (on the packaging or the mascara tube) so we cannot know how old the product is or shelf life if unopened.

I used some masking tape with the date I opened it on the tube.

I did try it out today-- I applied one coat over the Laura Geller LashBoss I had on. It looks nice, Tomorrow I will apply directly on my lashes after a primer coat.

I will review tomorrow.

Re: REVIEWS ON LASH PARADISE MASCARA--L'OREAL

Today I tried the Lash Paradise over the Lancôme Cils XL primer.

It went on well, not gloppy wet or dry -- just right. I applied one coat. My lashes didn't look invisible but the formula didn't make them look thicker. I will continue to experiment with it.

I went outside to do some gardening and I did perspire and it didn't melt off my lashes (temperature was in the 80's today).

Re: REVIEWS ON LASH PARADISE MASCARA--L'OREAL

I use one coat on days I'm staying home.  I used to not put mascara on at all unless I left the house.  But with LP, I can spend less than a minute and have more of a lash presence than with my Telescopic mascara...and much more volume in less than 1/2 the time.

The Lash Paradise looked nice today -- I would say similar to Perversion and Definicils on my lashes.  I like that it comes in black/brown.
