Most sets of 4 or more liners do not usually have charcoal grey.

What colors do you like to see when you purchase a set of eyeliners?

Re: REQUEST FOR EYELINER SETS

I am using markers and gels in pots nowadays. No tugging and easy to apply. Pencils have never really been a good matchup. I would love to see Eve Pearl’s liners in the deep shades of navy,  plum, charcoal, and green.

If I were going to buy the perfect set of liners then it must contain black first and foremost. Secondly, a navy or dark teal. Charcoal or dark gray would be next then maybe a dark plum to complete the set.

My eyes are very dark brown and my hair is nearly black.

Re: REQUEST FOR EYELINER SETS

Must colors for me include:  Black, Dark Brown, Navy, Dark Green, Plum.  I prefer the darker colors.  I love how the IT pencils are highly pigmented, but they don't last long.  I really liked the IT gel pot, but I was only able to get 1/4 use out of the pot until the entire thing dried up in less than 2 months.  The Mally pencils are highly pigmented as well, but the color started running within 2 hours.  On the list to try next:  Wet & Wild and Jordana!

Re: REQUEST FOR EYELINER SETS

eyeliner is my thing.  i need to have all colors, and yes, i do like to match my outfit with my eyeliner.

I have tried tons, and tons.  I don't bother with stick/pencil anymore. I can't get a fine enough line. Gels are also pretty much out. Gels tend to look fuzzy and don't work for me.

Who remembers the old maybelline cake eyeliner??

Laura Geller had some duo cake eyeliners, and the colors were really nice, but they perform more like a shadow that's been wet down, and they don't last.

I pretty much now use the sephora liquid liners.  They are pretty good, can get a good thin line, and lots of colors.

I would love to have purple, plum, emerald, teal, and black and brown of course.

SAGal, i wouldn't expect too much from wet and wild, or jordana.  i have really found that when it comes to eyeliner, the less expensive ones just don't hold up.

If you find a good one, let us know though.

Black, brown, plum, bronze

Gray or charcoa l find it very hard to wear on most skin tones, it often looks like your liner has faded or broke down.

Re: REQUEST FOR EYELINER SETS

my perfect eyeliner sets would include a dark black, graphite gray or smoke, navy or sapphire, and a color. the only eyeliners i dont care for are any form of browns. if an eyeliner set comes with a brown i usually pass it along to my mother, who likes brown eyeliners.

Re: REQUEST FOR EYELINER SETS

I use waterproof liquid in a color on top and my bottom I used waterproof pencil.   Loreal have a liquid liner that stays until you take it off.  I personally love the teals, emeralds, plums on top and a darker shade on bottom inner liner.  Just any FYI, if you have a glamorous event to attend,  there is a liquid gold liner that looks fabulous over the color used on upper lash to give eyes a more glamorous appearance without looking garish.    Have no idea why I am stating anything here as I still have to wipe off all makeup and apply again when I try to do a cat eye  (never looks the same on both sides) and it is garish.  Man Sad

Re: REQUEST FOR EYELINER SETS

Great advice but there is one Wet and Wild waterproof liquid eyeliner that lasts overnight if you fall asleep without taking it off.  Hard to find it but it is just as good as any I have used (just can't find my colors I like).   Eye MD's will not allow contact users to use any lash liner that is not waterproof nor if a person has had lasik surgery.   I imagine that is one of the many reasons the waterproof liners are hard to find.
