I saw this post and noticed the most recommended product was CurlKeeper. Is this an anti-frizz product designed specifically for taming frizz in curly hair? In other words, leaving the curls but without the frizz?

Yes. It might work on straight hair, I have no idea, but if you're asking what it was designed for, it was designed for curly hair. It's called Curl Keeper, by Curly Hair Solutions.
