I am trying to pay my QVC bill on line as I always do and for whatever reason the website is not responding. Called customer service and was given a number to pay by phone but I was warned use automation and not a person because using a person will cost me $10.00. So, when I call the automated system they want my acct # which would be on my bill. I went paperless and I don't get a bill. I also dont have a Qcard to get the acct # off of because I dont use that anymore either. Everything is usually on line. I called QVC customer service again and guess what? they dont have my acct # either! So at this point my only choice is to pay the $10.00 to talk to a person at the pmt center to pay my bill. I told the person at the payment center my problem and they dont have the acct # either but they will be glad to let me pay over the phone for $10.00! Told her forget it. I will keep trying the web site. I will reconsider purchases from the Q in the future because of this hassle to pay my bill.
