I would contact CS and ask them why you were charged $6.95 for EACH return when you returned them both in the same envelope?
Evine did that to me once when it was ShopNBC. I shipped everything back in the same box as that is the way it was sent to me. They charged me a separate return label fee for EACH item. The worst part was, I paid the s/h on my own, out of my own pocket and created my own label. They reluctantly refunded me the money but I didn't buy from them after that for years.

I can't imagine OP did anything to get this mistake corrected before she posted.
I expect she wasn't ripped off at all - that she will pay a price for her returns, but she knew that price before she bought - or if she's old enough to have a credit card and be responsible for it, she should have known.
