Quite Simply.. What is the *BEST* NON-CLUMPING Mascara?

For thinning eye lashes? Either drugstore or namebrand. There are so many varieties for lengthening...volume, etc... They all claim alot, but I have not been able to find a brand that just doesn't clump or at least very little ..and I have tried the tricks of wiping it before applying...turning clockwise while removing wand. ...... (same with with eye liner that wont end up below the eye and eye shadow that won't crease! Thank you for any recommendations/tips.
