Hi Everyone! If you got the pamphlet it might help answer a lot of questions but not everyone is getting it. Chaz recommends always adding the styling cream to soaking wet hair and twisting it in thoroughly. To this he recommends a spritz of the mist. These additions are essential, he says, if you use heat to style.

For those with coarse hair he even recommends adding a little oil to the wet mixture . The conditioning cleanser is baseline. For coarse hair like mine the additives are a must. I use the Balm to flat iron and leave the oil in like the models you see using the dropper to drench their natural, unprocessed hair.

These threads are delightful. I didn't know they existed until a few weeks ago. I missed so much excellent advice. I did a trial and error tour through WEN and finally happened upon the best combination for me. If Id read the threads I could have skipped the experimentation and gone straight for the payoff. I hear there are videos to teach, answer questions, solve problems but haven't found them yet.

If you know where to find the videos please write?

Yes, I forgot to mention that I use a full dropper of the oil as my last step to soaking wet hair! Then I air-dry and flat iron the next morning, using another full dropper of oil as a finishing treatment to tame flyaways and add sleekness.

CoG - I received a DVD of those videos in last year's Holiday set of 5 CCs. (Or maybe it was the year before?) Have you checked to see if they are available online?
