Quick Review Bare Guide to Color--Cool!!!

Wow, this is another winning combination!!

The velvet charcoal eyeliner is a stunning "cool" toned matte grey. It would be lovely in the crease over the Polished Pewter shadow primer (which is a gorgeous grey/silver with minimal sparkle) or as an eyeliner. So many possibilities for this shade.

Now the Rarest Rose Blush looks scary in the pot but it is the most radiant deep pink rose. I do not see any sparkle so it is a matte. Absolutely beautiful.

The 4 PM Round the Clock Liner is a smoked eggplant color. It, to me, seems like a black with a tinge of purple. This has to be my favorite liner thus far of the Round the Clock. I do not see any sparkles in this either, whereas, the Round the Clock in the Warm has some bronze.

The lip color in Plumtini is also great. It pulls the whole look together without being garrish.

Of course you also get a blush brush.

I love both of them for so many different reasons. Hope this helps!
