Quick Question: How fast is AVON shipping?

I purchase quite frequently from the Avon website. They ship very quickly via UPS, but lately in my area UPS hands off the package to the post office, and there it sits for a week or more until the mailman delivers it. If UPS did the delivery, I'd have the package within a few days of ordering.

I buy my Avon from Sellers on Amazon and my delivery has been fast.
