Questions and answers re: forum use

I am still having major problems trying to navigate and understand this new format of the forums. Is there a place where we can pose questions and other posters can answer them?

@elruth, I just opened a tag named New Forum Questions. This post will show up under the Beauty Tags on the left below Community Menu.  I think your suggestion makes so much sense, because I have found navigating through the changes easy with the help of other posters.
