Question on unsealed Perricone items.

Today i got a duo of the Neuropeptide activator and concentrated restorative cream and neither one was sealed...The box for the cream was not either and the cream did not have the plastic cover you lift off that many creams have....I am wondering if this is the norm from QVC OR did i get a return??....
