Question on triangle of light

First off i'm sorry if this has already been asked. I couldn't find any information on the forums. Anyway i just got my Trish Mcevoy planner and i'm not sure when to apply the triangle of light. Before foundation, after foundation, before blush and bronzer? Thanks in advance for any help.

Re: Question on triangle of light

you can apply it either before or after foundation. i do it before, the powdered blush bronzer go on after TOL/foundation.  start witha small triangle of eye lift. sometimes she draws it on big. small tringle works fine

iirc Trish likes to do the eye makeup first and then the face makeup. so the eyebase, liners, shadows and mascara. she does this because its easier to correct smudges.

OP... I always thought it was after. However, the brocher in this new planner shows it being placed on before and applied in a different way in the presentations.

Prior to this, I applied it with the triangle formed directly under the eye: ............

                                                                                                                  .       .

                                                                                                                    .   .

                                                                                                                      .

and instead, the booklet shows it with the traingle being formed under the eye and along the ridge of the nose:    ..............

                                                .          .

                                                .        .

                                                .      .

                                                .   .

                                                . .

The difference was quite amazing. Experiement and see what works best for you. : )

Saw a painting today at the Isobella Stewart Gardner Museum called The Omnibus and the woman passenger in the painting has a triangle of light on her face of the way the sun is reflecting through the window of the street trolley.
