I bought one of these at the outlet. I thought it would be a great thing to have and a great way to try Matte and use the Matte a dear friend sent.

How on earth do you get any product out of it? The directions say gently shake until the product appears on the bristles. I could hold it and dance around to the song "Shake Your Bootie" and still not see any matte on the bristles!!!

I want to give this a shot but if I can't get it to work I am going to put the matte in a jar and just use the brush as a good buffing brush.

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? Thanks.
