I'm confused. Was just double checking the instructions. The written ones say to use it with the logo facing you. Yet the photos all show it with the logo (and power button) facing away. I watched the video and it looked to me like i-forget-her-name demos it with the logo facing in. I'm referring here to using it for chin hair & moustache. Which way is the correct way, anyone know or using it that has it figured out which way the logo faces?

I've been using  Emjoi epilators for many years (not that particular one that you have), and it makes no difference at all which way I turn them.......same result.

I've never heard of a correct way to hold it. I have a different Emjoi but I have used it both ways. Can't imagine it making a difference.

- I use my Emjoi eRase with the power button facing away from me because it is more comfortable for me to hold that way.

It seems if I use it with the logo facing inwards in glides smoothly and I never feel any pinching, when I flip it and have the logo facing outwards it doesn't glide quite as smoothly and I do feel some pinching.......which made me think outward meant it's pulling more hair more efficiently. I dunno, either way seems to catch some hair but I'll keep experimenting and see if one way works better and quicker than the other at doing the job.
