Question for ebay sellers

Ebay no longer lets you search for completed sales under individual dealers. I used that feature a lot to figure what I should bid from certain dealers that had a lot of one item. Anyone know why ebay did this? Also, at what level do you have to give ebay your social security number to report sales?
