Question about using PTR Laser-Free TSV

Okay, I have never used PTR products before and got my TSV this afternoon. The directions/instructions for this product are practically non-existent. From the presentations I can glean that I should put this on clean skin twice daily and that the eye cream can go on the area underneath the eyebrow as well as under the eye. However, does the Laser-Free for the face go over the entire face? Are you supposed to target certain areas? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
