Question about the Mia Clarisonic

Sorry for another question about this. BUt does the use of the Clarisonic eliminate the need for exfoliation, especially the microderm exfoliation? I "microderm" every week but recently my face is really really dry and flaky and nothing seems to help. Probably because I underwent triple bypass surgery 6 weeks ago and my entire system is out of whack. My body is also dry - I'm using moisturizing soap, hydrating lotions, still my skin is flaky and itchy. And my hair is a disaster - dry, dull, lifeless!!! Hope everything returns to normal soon!
