Question about shelf life

Hello my fellow philosophy people! I figured you guys would know best: how long does an uopened bottle of philosophy 3-in-1 shower gel last in your experience? I just ordered a "Classic Cookbook" set off ebay thinking it was from last year but after doing some research I just realized it's at least 2 years old. If all the bottles are sealed, should it still be safe to use? Thanks so much!
