Question about sequence to use spackle if using SPF

I'm going to try Spackle for the first time and have a question about the order of use. If I am using an SPF tinted moisturizer, when would I apply the spackle--before or after the SPF TM? And I assume the last step would be the balance & brighten? Thanks for your advice.
