I am reading about volume 10, 20 30 volume peroxide developer. What level is the typical drugstore brand ( such as l'oreal excellence..etc)? also are there any slightly higher levels that you can buy at a beauty supply store? MY hair is rather hard to color for my ends are dark from coloring over the years and someone suggested to try a hair color with a stronger developer.
