Eyeliners have been my most difficult makeup item.  Because I have oily lids, the liner breaks down and disappears quickly.  I'd like to see any of the vendors perform  the demo of rubbing liner on the hand  using a spritz of oil, not water.  The gel products seem to last longest, but they dry out in the containers.

Any lid primer will work for upper or lower eyeliner...price is not an issue. My eyes are not sensitive while the product is on, but in the act of removing my eye makeup w/ remover or my oil cleanser, if the primer gets in my eyes, trouble.

I’ve tested many primers and some of the less expensive brands have irritating ingredients. I’m not a mu snob. Love my .99 Wet ‘N Wild 666 lip pencil.
