Should and Under Eye Brightener be applied under or on top of concealer?

Under-eye brighteners are designed to be lighter in shade (with color correction) than your natural skin color so it's recommended to apply them first followed by a concealer.

@Effie54   Honestly, this protect is enough w/o concealer for me. It has a little more coverage and not using another product prevents any settling in lines.
