Question about Pittsburgh Street Soapworks

If you have ordered from them, what is their turnaround time? And do they send a shipping confirmation? I ordered almost 2 weeks ago. Haven't received any emails since my order acknowledgement just after placing the ordered. I emailed Paulette but haven't received a response. I don't mind it taking a while since I know she has to customize each order. I'd just like to know roughly how long it takes.

I think it depends how busy she is at the time. I would say up to 2 weeks is normal. You can probably ask her on Facebook.
