Hi all,
I have Dr. P's book "Forever Young". I'd like to start the Metabolic Miracle Diet on Saturday (how orginal, a diet on New Year's, I know, lol).
My question is, is it more cost effective to order his supplements prepackaged ($75 for 10 day supply), or use page 93 in the book, go to the vitamin store and purchase a la carte?
For those who purchased everything on their own, were the supplements readily available? And I'm not seeing dosages anywhere. Can anyone tell me what they purchased/consumed dosage wise, if it's not too much trouble?
Finally, anyone recommend doing it one way versus the other (i mean purchasing from Dr. p vs. buying supplements separately)... I'd love to hear input as far as successes, challenges, etc, with regard to the supplements. The food part of the diet seems pretty straightforward and I assume i will find everything at Whole Foods.
Thanks a bunch in advance for any replies. happy New Year to all!
Dawn
