Question about Bye Bye Undereye in recent TSV

I just received my IT TSV today and all I can say is WOW!!!! This kit is a total winner!

My question for those of you who have it is, did your Bye Bye Undereye has a seal on the tube? The one I got didn't. I have a regular size tube I got from their last TSV and it has a little plastic aroind the tip.

Just wondering if they changed it or if mine had been tampered with. TIA!
