Question.... Powder foundation... and Oil.??

Hello everyone!!

So... I have been using my new It foundation since I got it and let me say I do love it!!!

However... yesterday I noticed that on the powder... there is this film? Is that oil from my skin?? And how do I get it off??

The only thing I have noticed is that...now, I have to swirl extra hard to get any powder on my brush... Is this normal?? I usually wash my brushes every couple of days but I guess I need to wash them everyday now??
