Question About Using Makeup Remover Wipes

For those who use makeup remover facial cleansing wipes, do you use them and nothing else? I like them to take off makeup, but I feel the need to then cleanse my face with cleanser and water afterward... then I do my serums/moisturizer. Do I need to do that? I like them for makeup removal but wonder if my face is truly clean unless I use water and cleanser afterward. TIA for all opinions!
