Question About Beauty On Ebay

Does anyone know where the sellers on Ebay get their beauty items that they have up for auction? I'm pondering bidding on a Perricone product, but I'm a little concerned about its origin. I also wonder how they can sell Perricone beauty items at such a good price. I just can't figure out where they get so many awesome beauty products for resale. I really appreciate any and all feedback.
