I think it is always wise to start out with a low percentage. I should think you could use it daily without concern There are others out there (I found some at Wegman's), but PC has a 1% and 2%. With oily skin, I think you would find the 2% more effective.

I agree with cassiem, I don't really find the BHA nearly as irritating as the AHAs were. I truly do not think you have to build up to a higher strength with BHA like I'd recommend for AHAs. I thin you'd be fine with the 2% or 4%. I'd recommend Paula's Choice BHAs, the liquid or lotion (liquid is a recommended for the oilier skins) but her new 4% foaming one is getting RAVE reviews so I'd definitely give that one a serious consideration. It sounds like a really nice formula and gentle.

HD, I have finally tried the sample of PC's Resist Weighless Body Treatment 2% BHA that I had started a thread about because many reviewers touted it as being great for the face -- and much more economical.
I've used it once a day for three days without any problems or irritation. I'm thinking I might go with it.

suzy, I ordered it already from the Dermstore sale. I'm now on what seven days at least?? using it and have had no issues so it is a winner for me. Thank you for bringing that to our attention- so much more economical and honestly, if I ever had any issues with it, I'd just use it on my body since my body can pretty much take anything so it would never go to waste.
I should have mentioned about the body one to the OP too!

I thought about ordering it also on Dermstore but was slightly concerned about how long it might have been sitting around there as opposed to ordering it directly from her site. I don't know how popular it is. But all her products do have a three-year shelf life unopened, so do you think my slight concern is silly?

HappyDaze, I just went to see what my total would be on Dermstore if I added PC's body BHA product, and my discount with the promo code didn't change. I called CS, and they said that it's an excluded brand -- no discount.
Did you get 20 percent off when you bought it?

I really like Isomers Clear Skin kit...her lotion has 2%
