QVC.............. thank you !!!

I purchased 6 pieces of jewelry - i didn't realize at the time that they charged me FULL s/h for 4 of the items AND 2 were 1/2 TOTALING: 24.85 (for 6 VERY little items THAT would probally cost 5.00)

I thought QVC had FULL pricing for the 1st item AND 1/2 on all others in one order.....

anyway, I pulled up my order this morning to check status and saw the s/h - I called CS to ask why I was charged FULL for 4 & 1/2 for 2 & she explained it BUT she also did not understand the 2 discounted items that discounted because they were UNrelated vendors ...???

anyway - I asked if there was someone I could speak to regarding the s/h (doesn't hurt to ask / try....???? right) - ANYWAY, she said hold on a minute let me talk to my super AND got back on the phone AND discounted the OTHER 4 items s/h AND reduced the sales tax too

OH and you know how they charge you the higher s/h in an order THAN 1/2 on all others WELL..... she had to take one of the lower ones as a FULL then 1/2 of the others
