Granted I have not been ordering a lot from the Q recently so I don't know if this is 'normal' or not.

On 10-10 I placed an order for a Elemis product.  As of today, it has still NOT shipped.  Interestingly, I tried to cancel it the morning after placing the order and received a message saying that it was In Process and could not be cancelled at this point.  What??

I do a lot of online shopping and have to say that based on my past experience with the Q and the above order, the Q, without a doubt, has the slowest shipping time.

Your orders sit in "process" forever & ever which adds up to slow, slow, slow s&h.

Orders in general have mostly been slow but I did have one recently that was unusually fast.

I ordered a pair of Clarks ankle boots early one evening and they arrived at my house the very next day!!!  I was shocked and didn't pay for overnight shipping!

Recently I've also experienced the 'cancellation window' closing a few hours after the order was placed, yet the items sat 'in process' for 4 days before shipping.

Me too....can't cancel within hours but the item doesn't ship for 4 or even 5days....then in my case it goes to a area post office and sits for another 4-6days.  I have orders taking 13 or more days to get here.  That UPS handoff thing to post office is just awful.  But Q not processing it for 4 or more days adds to that mess.

The UPS handoff to USPS thing has my orders going past me in GA to Orlando, FL, then across the state to Jacksonville, FL, before it heads back up to me in coastal GA.

Beyond ridiculous! And the very reason I order from Q very little anymore.

I too am so sick of the UPS to post office shipping and they give us no choice. I track my orders and it gets to my city in just 2-3 days by UPS after it finally ships from Q and then it is another 4 days at least after UPS hands it off to the post office and the post office passes it around to different post offices in the city before it finally gets to mine so they can deliver it to me.  What happened to us being given a choice if we want to pay a dollar or so more to have UPS bring it straight to us. We used to be given a choice but not now. I never order anything here that I would need/want for at least 2 weeks because of Q's current processing/shipping.

 @Jump4joy2  oh yes indeed it's been soooo slow!!

meanwhile the skin care is sitting in God knows what kind of heat conditions. UPS must have a hand in thsi too though.

And USPO since people are now doing more online this may be the new norm.

PS: HSN is much much SLOWER! it's been slow all around I feel....but not eBay lol...ugh

It's taking about four days after ordering for something to get shipped. Really don't remember shipping to be so slow a year ago. Bothe evine and hsn ship very quickly.
